The agreement in plain English
Sponsorship rules
Pay once for a proportional share of the wrap. Your brand goes on the digital truck after payment and on the real Cyberbeast when the campaign reaches 100%.
What your payment buys
- Sponsorships are whole US dollars, starting at $1,000.
- Your share equals your total paid amount divided by the $125,000 goal.
- Your brand appears on the interactive truck after verified payment using a logo sourced from your submitted link. You may request a replacement later.
- No sponsor can outbid, displace, or reduce another sponsor's paid share.
- Buy again with the same destination link and the new share is added to your existing share.
The physical Cyberbeast
- The truck is ordered when verified sponsorships reach 100% of the goal.
- The budget covers the Cyberbeast, tax, delivery, title, wrap design and installation, processing, and contingency.
- Physical logo prominence remains proportional to paid share.
- Exact shapes and placement may change around seams, windows, cameras, lights, handles, and safety equipment.
- Delivery and wrap timing depend on Tesla, vehicle availability, and the selected installer.
Brand and logo policy
- Logos must be owned by the sponsor or used with permission.
- No pornography, sexual or adult content, hate, harassment, illegal goods, scams, malware, or deceptive claims.
- No chat/invite links, credential-bearing URLs, private networks, unsafe destinations, or unresolvable links.
- Unsafe or infringing placements can be refused and refunded.
Payments and refunds
- A placement begins only after Stripe confirms a completed payment.
- Checkout attempts do not reserve remaining space.
- If simultaneous payments exceed the remaining goal, Stripe automatically refunds the excess.
- If we end the campaign before it reaches the goal, every sponsor receives a refund.
- Refunds may exclude non-refundable third-party charges, including bank, card-network, currency-conversion, and payment-processing fees.
- Except for campaign cancellation, sponsorships are non-refundable after placement unless there is a duplicate, technical error, rejected submission, or legal requirement.
- If a payment is refunded or reversed, its digital and physical share is reduced by the refunded amount.
